Data Processing Addendum
For customers who process personal data through Automize AI.
This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) supplements the Automize AI Terms of Service for customers who process personal data covered by GDPR, UK GDPR, or comparable regulations.
Roles
Customer is the Controller; AUTOMIZE AI LLC acts as Processor for personal data processed on the customer's behalf.
Subprocessors
A current list of approved subprocessors is available on request to legal@automizeai.app.
